I read a lot, love antiqueing and thrifting, old black and white movies and studying my family history. I am never bored with my own company. As the old song says, "I Love Paris." It was always my dream to go there and I was able to travel there with my only daughter to celebrate our birthdays a few years ago. I may never get there again, but I will never forget it.

Hope you had a happy St. Paddy's day! I love the card. My son is attending the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma. Since we're in Colorado, we only get to see him on breaks.

Violette's story is very sweet and I'm glad she has her happy home now. I did the same thing with a stray who visited my yard. Like your story it took patience , but finally I was able to touch and pet this kitty. I named him KeKe and now he is a part of our family too.
Today I'm shopping for Easter dinner and then I think I'm ready. How about you?
