GIANTS 17 - PATRIOTS 14

As you all know by now, the NY Giants have won the Superbowl. I actually watched much of the game and I was rooting for the Patriots since my daughter lives in New England. I have never been a football fan at all and I mean AT ALL. In fact, I am not very interested in the major sports unless the Phila. Phillies are playing. I could not believe this game. Did you see the very end, right down to the last minute when the Giants scored a touchdown? Pretty impressive I must say, although I still think the Patriots should have won -- after all they were undefeated during the entire season and that guy Tom Brady is soooooo cute. That's my sports report for the day.

I think it sounds better then most of the stuff on TV,lol. I too was rooting for the Patriots, I am not a big sports watcher. I am more a peeker, I did see the end pretty impressive. I wonder if they where feeling so confident that they sunk themselves? Of course the Giants could have been mega motivated all in all it was a great game and I think everyone got their monies worth. Best to you Barbara

Violetlady,

I'm not a football fan either. I did see a few minutes of the game. I did see some of it as I passed through the living room. Congratulations to New York.

Thanks for commenting on Griffyn. He has an adorable personality and he brightens my life just by hearing him gooing into the phone when I talk to his mom.

Love and blessings,
Mary

You should do the sports report on TV! I didn't watch any of the game (I locked myself in the bedroom and read), but your report made me smile. :D

Hi - just caught up on your posts - I'm glad someone else is feeling kind of out of it on blogging - although you've done a lot more posts than I have.

Thanks for letting me know you tried the ziti recipe - I made a note to try meatballs with it next time we have it.

I read during the Super Bowl - and then checked out the commercials the next day on the net. Mark said the end of the game was pretty exciting.

I hope spring arrives soon - I am very ready for it. Afraid I have a couple months yet - and then the great Mud Season arrives. Amazing how much those poodle paws track in!!
