GRAMMY TRAVELS

I spent a week visiting with my daughter and her husband and my two grandsons in Massachusetts. Unfortunately, the weather was generally awful -- raining almost every day, but two. Nonetheless, it is always good to spend time with them. Beth and I visited our favorite consignment shop and, of course, I ended up lugging an extra bag home with me on the plane.

We spent an afternoon in Rockport, Mass. which is a wonderful historic seaport town. Here are some photos.

Always,

I'm glad you were able to get away and visit family. The photos remind me of Canada's Maritimes. Wonderful post.

Enjoy your week.

Blessings,
Mary

Grammy's always enjoy visiting their grandkids, no matter the weather! Rockport, Mass looks like a beautiful place to visit, too. Love all the pictures. Thank you for stopping by.

Hugs and blessings,

Renie

PS. No, I don't live in the cabin. It's our getaway place.

As you know that is my favorite part of the world. When I hit the lottery for mega millions I will buy a home out there. Glad you got to spend time with your loved ones. When you are with important people the weather takes a back seat. Thank you for sharing.

What a beautiful place!! Some of My ancestors lived in Massachusetts. That was way back in the 16 & 17 hundreds.
I'm glad you had some time with family there, and hope you can get together again soon.
Thanks for sharing your photos.

You did have a bad week weatherwise. Sorry about that.

Rockport looks very familiar. I try to visit there as often as possible. Did you sit on the deck of Helmut's streudel shop? It's my favorite hang out in Rockport.
